Since its inception 25 years ago, GCPG Holdings Sdn Bhd (“GCPG”) formerly known as GC Group of Companies, has proven its versatility and has grown rapidly to a corporation which aims to be one of the prominent key players in the property industry in Malaysia.
Currently helmed by Sr Wong Wen Chet, Managing Director, GCPG has a strong commercial presence after achieving great success on its commercial project in Seremban Jaya, Negeri Sembilan. The high take-up rate in the competitive property market is evident the value, quality and the concept of the project. Riding on its proven track records, GCPG continues to launch commercial and residential projects in various strategic locations.
GCPG has created history by being the first property developer in Negeri Sembilan to launch the States 1st green commercial development, “Oasis Business Centre”.
In line with its business expansion, GCPG Holdings has widened its horizons into various businesses, namely, Building Construction and Automotive.
