The company started on a small scale where it successfully launched its first commercial project in Negeri Sembilan. In 2014, GCPG Holdings created history for being the first property developer in Negeri Sembilan to build the State’s first green commercial development that received certification from BCA Green Mark Singapore and GreenRE. Ever since then, GCPG Holdings has expanded its wings to Klang Valley focusing on residential properties.

With the rapid growth of our business over the past year and strong leadership, GCPG’s Civil and Mechanical and Electrical Division has gained rapid acceptance in electrical project work, electrical wiring and installation, servicing testing, preventive maintenance, calibration of HT / LT panel, electrical main sub switch board and control board fabrication. We are involve in house metal fabrication, engineering work, procurement and construction for design, development and fabrication of Instrument landing equipment tower, structure factory and general steel structures.
